Between October 1st and 4th, 2024, the Postgraduate Programs in Human Movement Sciences at UFPA and UFAM and the Postgraduate Program in Rehabilitation at UEPA are pleased to announce the 3rd Congress of Movement Sciences Human!
This unique event will bring together big names in Brazilian research on human movement, including renowned CNPq productivity fellows. Get ready for a rich and diverse program that includes:

On June 15th, the workshop "The Importance of Student Production for CAPES quadriennial evaluation" was held in the Basic Sector I auditorium, on Guamá Campus for PPGCMH students and graduates.
On the occasion were present the Director of Graduate Studies of PROPESP (@propespufpa), Prof. Dr. Marcelo Nazareno Vallinoto de Souza, the Director of Strategic Programs of PROPESP, Prof. Dr. Luiza Helena Meller da Silva and Prof. Dr. Maria Iracilda Sampaio (@iracilda), Professors, students and graduates of PPGCMH.
On May 12, the new PPGCMH headquarters was inaugurated at the Institute of Health Sciences (ICS) at UFPA.
The new space has new areas such as the professors' room, the secretariat and coordination room, a large multiuse room and a multiuse laboratory.

The Organizing Comitee of the Selective Process 04/2022 for the academic Master's Degree in Human Movement Sciences makes public the results of the evaluation of the Written Test.

The Graduate Program in Human Movement Sciences (PPGCMH) announces the Call for Application 04/2022 - Selection Process for admission to the Academic Master's Degree in Human Movement Sciences, Class of 2023. Those approved in this call for applications will start in February 2023.
There will be 27 vacancies, being 17 for the Functional Evaluation and Rehabilitation area and 10 for the Sports, Physical Activity and Health area. 12 professors will offer vacancies. The competition is per advisor.
Places will be offered for special students in elective courses at the PPGCMH during the second semester of 2022.
Registration as special student is for the course only and does not imply a regular relation with the Program. Up to 5 (five) places will be offered in each elective course, and special student are not allowed to take more than one course during the period.

Errata: the correct last name of the candidate Jorge is Monteiro instead of Monteuro
The Comitee of accreditation of teachers of the Graduate Program in Human Movement Sciences (PPGCMH) met on July 5, 2022 to analyze the request for accreditation. There was only one request, from Prof. Dr. Suellen Alessandra de Moraes (FFTO/ICS), whose regristration was approved.
After the approval, the comitee proceeded to the analysis of the documentation presented. It was verified that the teacher met all the requirement of the call for application and thus the comitee prepared a favorabe opinion recommending the accreditation of the teacher as Tenured Professor for the research line Functional Evaluation and Rehabilitation.
The opinion was approved at the ordinary meeting of the PPGCMH, held on the same date. Thus, Prof. Dr. Suellen Alessandra de Moraes joined the Faculty of the PPGCMH as from the approval of the opinion
